This wine is a blend of Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca from two old vine vineyards in Spain. Rich with notes of white pepper, sea salt, green apple, white flowers, and citrus pith. Pair with grilled pork, roasted potatoes and aged cheeses.

60% Macabeo, 40% Garnacha Blanca • Macabeo from La Loma on clay-limestone at 500 meters, Garnacha Blanca from Los Santos on slate at 600 meters • Crushed and macerated for 32 hours without sulfur before spontaneous fermentation in neutral demi-muid • Racked to neutral 500L and 900L barrels for 12 months of elevage • 3000 bottles produced • Certified Organic • Practicing Biodynamic
