Mostly Garnacha with small quantities of Macabeo • Sourced from the 1.8 hectare La Tejera vineyard planted in the 1940’s on slate and quartzite at 680m of elevation • 100% whole-cluster fermentation in open-top barrels • Aged for 14 months in foudre • 3200 bottles produced • Certified Organic • Practicing Biodynamic (Demeter)
