This wine is 100% Riesling from a single estate parcel in New York. A classic kabinett, or off dry style of Riesling, this bottling matches its moderate sugars with ripping acidity and notes of slate, peach, pear, apricot, citrus, and green apple. Ideal with spicy food, grilled sausages, and appetizers.

From the Winery:

The 2019 season was more challenging than most. Weather through the end of July was seasonably warm and dry. However, consistent periods of rain started in the middle of August and continued through harvest. Fruit was less ripe at harvest than normal due to cooler weather.
