Medium-bodied and focused, its palate delivers juicy stone fruit flavors balanced by brisk acidity and a mineral-driven finish. The elegant, precise texture reflects the unique terroir of the Heiligenstein vineyard. Ideal with delicate seafood like grilled scallops or sushi, as well as light Thai or Vietnamese dishes, this wine is approachable now and will develop further complexity over the next 5–8 years.
