100% Organic Pinot Noir. Lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, red cherry, and crushed raspberry, layered with subtle coastal notes of rose petal, dried herbs, and a faint earthy minerality reflective of the region’s maritime influence. On the palate, it shows vibrant acidity with silky tannins, revealing flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, and a touch of spice, all carried through a fresh, elegant finish typical of cool-climate San Luis Obispo Coast Pinot Noir, where ocean breezes help preserve brightness and finesse . This wine pairs beautifully with herb-roasted chicken, seared duck breast with cherry reduction, or wild mushroom risotto, as its acidity and savory undertones complement earthy and umami-driven dishes while enhancing the natural sweetness of the protein.

From Raj: Brij Wines are made from grapes we buy from friends and neighbors who farm organically. In the cellar, the approach is the same as at Phelan Farm: careful, thoughtful, and hands-off when possible. The wines are about clarity and energy, not weight or excess. They’re meant to be honest, precise, and easy to drink—clear expressions of where they are grown.

100% carbonic fermentation. Élevage for five months in neutral oak barriques.

Viticulturist Notes: The 2025 growing season in Edna Valley was cool and steady, with moderate summer temperatures and strong coastal influence allowing slow, even ripening. The extended season preserved bright acidity and aromatic clarity, producing balanced wines with freshness and precision.

Cellaring & Tasting: Bright and lively, with aromas of wild strawberry and rose petal. The palate is light and energetic, carried by fresh acidity and delicate tannins, with subtle hints of forest floor and spice. A vibrant, Spring expression of Pinot Noir. Enjoy chilled now through 2030.
