50/50 organic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from Marfarm vineyard in Edna Valley. A coastal aromatic profile: wild strawberry, rose petal, and crushed melon layered with a faint citrus peel brightness and a subtle saline edge. On the palate, it shows a fuller, more textural style for rosé, with a gently creamy mid-weight feel balanced by vibrant acidity, carrying flavors of ripe red berries, stone fruit, and a touch of stony minerality into a clean, persistent finish. Crafted primarily from Grenache, this expression leans both elegant and slightly savory, reflecting its maritime origin and low-intervention approach. Pair with Niçoise salad, or prosciutto with melon; the wine’s balance of fruit, acidity, and subtle salinity also complements Mediterranean flavors, light pasta, and soft cheeses.

From Raj: Brij Wines are made from grapes we buy from friends and neighbors who farm organically. In the cellar, the approach is the same as at Phelan Farm: careful, thoughtful, and hands-off when possible. The wines are about clarity and energy, not weight or excess. They’re meant to be honest, precise, and easy to drink—clear expressions of where they are grown.

Winemaker Notes: Direct press. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

Viticulturist Notes: The 2025 growing season in Edna Valley was cool and steady, with moderate summer temperatures and strong coastal influence allowing slow, even ripening. The extended season preserved bright acidity and aromatic clarity, producing balanced wines with freshness and precision.

Cellaring & Tasting: Bright and refreshing, aromas of watermelon, and rose petal. The palate is crisp and lively, lifted by fresh acidity with delicate notes of citrus and red berries leading to a clean, mineral finish. Enjoy chilled now through 2030.
