Aromatic and slightly wild—ripe plantain, cinnamon, and tropical fruit up front, with a savory undercurrent. The palate leans spice-driven (cardamom, clove) layered over sweet agave and dried fruit, with hints of citrus peel and a faintly lactic/meaty edge typical of pechuga-style distillation. Texture is full but a bit rustic; the finish is long, warming, and evolving, moving between baking spices, light earth, and lingering fruit sweetness
