100% Perricone, an indigenous Sicilian red grape variety that was once nearly forgotten but is now being rediscovered for its aromatic complexity and savory character. A distinctive organic Sicilian red with remarkable depth and character. Aromas of black plum, wild blackberry, violet, Mediterranean herbs, and black pepper lead into a medium-bodied palate layered with dark berry fruit, earthy spice, and soft, velvety tannins. Fresh acidity and a touch of minerality bring balance and elegance to the long, savory finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with grilled eggplant, roasted lamb, Sicilian-style pasta dishes, wood-fired pizza, braised meats, and aged pecorino cheese.
