This wine is always 100% Gamay. Pair it with roast pork tenderloin with grilled peaches and leeks. It is a traditional wine from Juliénas, with lots structure and elegance, and soft spiced red fruit. Château Fuisse is recognized as the benchmark estate in Pouilly-Fuissé, known for producing minerally and slightly tropical Chardonnay in Burgundy. In 2010, the estate expanded outside of Burgundy, purchasing 2.8 hectares in Juliénas, and they only further the reputation of this Beaujolais cru.
