Saint Cosme Cotes du Rhone Rouge, 2023

This wine is 100% Syrah from a cluster of vineyards in the Southern Rhone.  A classic style of Syrah grown on limestone soils, this bottling is full of pepper, tart cherry, blueberry, and dried herbs. A perfect pairing for takeout, meatloaf, and leftovers.
