This wine is a blend of 54% Sauvignon Blanc and 46% Sémillon from Bordeaux. Delicious grapefruit, lemon, lime, oak, peach, and apple abound on your palette. Coming to you with a bit of age already, this bottling will age gracefully if cellared, but will also sing with pork chops, grilled eggplant, or your favorite vegetarian dishes.
