This wine is made from 100% Nero Buono. This is an ancient Roman grape variety that was revived by Cincinnato to continue the legacy of ancient Lazio. The wine is vinified with destemmed grapes with a soft pressing and 12 month aging in stainless steel. An incredibly delicate wine with elegant complexity that will tackle the strongest flavors of any dish. We're talking Jollof rice with cubed goat, steak with chimichurri, or spicy sausage and broccoli rabe pizza.

Lelio is one of the partners, who passed on his "art" in the vineyard to his son and then to his grandson, and our wines are born from their work and from all our partners. Obtained from the vinification in purity of Nero Buono di Cori, an ancient vine with a thousand-year tradition, recovered and relaunched through research and experimentation that have documented its peculiar qualitative characteristics.
