This wine is 100% Albariño from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma. Albariño thrives here in the cool foggy climate offered by the Russian River Valley, which is similar to the grape's place of origin in Galicia, Spain. Cooler temperatures and fog highlight Albariño's expressive lime zest and orange blossom aromatics, as well as its naturally high acidity and lighter body. It has mouthwatering flavors of citrus, white peach, and nectarine, and can be paired with oysters or lightly fried chicken cubes tossed in a tangy sweet chili sauce.
