This Willamette Chardonnay showcases a brilliantly acidic expression. Made from grapes 100% sourced from the Four Winds Vineyard, the wine is a true work of the land. As citric as you can get, lemon shines in the nose and on the palette, with tempering and supporting elements of beeswax and limestone. We recommend pairing this with homemade birria tacos.

From the producer's website: Classic Willamette Valley Chardonnay, expressing Four Winds Vineyard in its fullest. This wine is lemon, upon lemon balm, upon lemon verbena,. Once past the citrus nose nectarine skins and peach pits fill in the softer notes. The palate is at the same time verbena, lemon with notes of beeswax and flinty limestone. The acid ever present takes you on a cool lingering trip down a cool river on a warm summer's day. This wine will only get better with time but it absolutely delicious now!
