100% Roussanne (locally called Bergeron) from the French Alps. Sourced from four steep, limestone-rich hillside parcels blended for balance and complexity. It opens with layered aromas of dried apricot, honey, white peach, and exotic fruit, accented by subtle spice and a faint smoky note. The palate is broad and textural showing ripe orchard and lightly candied citrus fruit yet lifted by alpine freshness and a persistent mineral spine, giving both richness and precision. Excellent with raw or smoked fish, creamy poultry dishes, or alpine cheeses like goat cheese or Bleu de Savoie, where the wine’s richness mirrors the dish while its freshness keeps everything in balance.

Our first requirement is on the respect of the natural
balance between the soil and the plant. The vines are grown organically and biodynamically. Whole Cluster Pressed, aged on the fine lees.
Brilliant gold in colour. Powerful aromas of dried apricots,
honey, white peach and exotic fruit underlined by a hint of spice and smokiness. Full and powerful palate of dried apricot, candied fruit and citrus with an underlying
richness. Beautifully fresh with a slight spiciness associated with superb minerality.
