This wine is made of 100% Mencía (Men-thee-a). Trust me on this one: Mojo marinated steak tacos. The night before you buy this, marinate some flank steak in a Mojo marinade, and leave it in the fridge overnight. This citrusy, garlicky, slightly sweet marinade will highlight the wine's tart cherry and anise flavors beautifully. Now for the tacos, simple is better. Dice the Throw the steak on a grill or cast iron until just before medium, dice it up into small pieces and top with some cilantro and a dollop of your favorite sour cream on the side. 100% Biodynamic and 100% delicious.
