100% organic Altesse, from the commune of Chignin in Savoie. Winemaking is pretty simple, aimed at highlighting the delicate, bright citrus and orchard fruit of Altesse. The grapes are directly pressed into stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for 4 months before bottling. It has delicate flavors of white peach, grapefruit, and green apple. Pair it with fondue, poached whitefish and veggies, or freshly shucked oysters!

A light, dry white wine with a bright, pale yellow colour. Powerful and complex fruity aromas with notes of peach and grapefruit and a mineral note very characteristic of our vineyard. This wine has the same perfume and balance as the Chignin but with more substance and power.
