This wine is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir. This bottling hails from the historic home of sparkling wine, Limoux in the south west of France. Plenty of green apple, pear and citrus notes to go around. Pop this open your next celebration or with your favorite fried chicken sandwich and fries.

This wine is produced in a traditional method with a second fermentation taking place in the bottle. This wine has a low, 6 grams of residual sugar per liter, in comparison to Brut champagne which generally ranges from 9 to 14 grams per liter.
