From the Winery:
-Blend of 2 grape varieties: Pinot Noir 70% – Chardonnay 30%
-Vinified for 10 months in enameled vats on fine lees before drawing.
-Once the draw is done, each bottle spends nearly 3 years on lees in our chalk cellars at 12°C. This aging period brings the balance "expression of fruit / finesse".
