Founded by Dominique Hauvette, the domaine has earned an international reputation for wines that combine purity, energy, and a profound expression of terroir. Farmed biodynamically since 2003, the vineyards are cultivated with meticulous care to preserve the character of the limestone soils and Mediterranean landscape. Low yields, native yeast fermentations, and minimal intervention in the cellar allow each wine to reflect its origin with remarkable precision, making Domaine Hauvette a benchmark producer in southern France.
