This wine is 100% Chardonnay from a single parcel in Burgundy. A truly astonishing staple of white Burgundy, full of pear, nectarine, green apply, brioche, and minerality. While this wine will develop well in the cellar it is perfectly approachable in its youth. Pair with roast chicken, shellfish, or a creamy vodka sauce.

300+ meters altitude, very cool and chalky site
40+ year old vines
Indigenous yeast
Fermented and aged in 50% barrique (12% new), 50% in large older foudre
Finished in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling
