This wine is 100% Syrah from Côte-Rôtie. A rich and powerful wine as only Syrah can create. This bottle is full of black pepper, bacon fat, leather, and blackberry flavors. This classic style of Syrah would go well in any cellar, but can be consumed now with a thorough decant. Pair with lamb chops and lentils, or pot roast.
