100% Nero di Troia. The grapes undergo temperature controlled fermentation with longer maceration to extract the rich flavor profile and color. It has notes of blackberries, toasted almond, tobacco, clove, and plum, and is kept as pure as possible through aging in stainless steel and used oak barrels. Pair it with grilled lamb chops!
