This wine is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from Grand Cru sites in Champagne. A rich and structured Extra Brut from its four years on its lees. This bottling is overflowing with flavors of apple, pear, lemon, and orange zest. Pair with Paella, or Shrimp Scampi.
