This wine is made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, in the Italian region of Lombardy. Very bright, very refreshing, but also very serious Lugana. Layers of salty stone fruit, fennel, pleasant bitterness and fresh acid tie this wine together beautifully. Pair this with pan-seared duck breast, and roasted parsnips.

From our Importer: Famiglia Olivini traces its roots to a terroir renowned for cultivating the Lugana grape variety. Inspired by their parents Graziella and Giulio’s deep connection to the land, Giorgio, Giordana, and Giovanni chose to honor and continue this legacy embracing their parent’s passion and commitment.

The vineyard is situated in San Martino della Battaglia, within the Municipality of Desenzano, and it is strategically located between Verona and Brescia. The picturesque Lake Garda area offers a scenic landscape marked by wine cellars, villages, castles, and breathtaking views.

At Famiglia Olivini winery, every aspect of cultivation and wine-making receives attention: from vine propagation through grafting, to the hand-harvesting of carefully selected grapes, and rigorous quality control of materials. Utilizing modern equipment, investing in advanced technology, and constantly improving the cellar facilities, Famiglia Olivini contributes to its primary goal: crafting exceptional wine.
