A elegant & bright white wine from Tuscany with aromas of fresh citrus, soft stone fruits, white flowers and a hint of tropical fruits.  It is lively and well-balanced on the palate, with attributes from each varietal - fresh citrus from the Sauvignon, subtle spice from the Malvasia and its soft roundness from the Trebbiano.  This is a super approachable white to enjoy on its own or accompanied by hard cheeses, poultry & cream-based pastas.

From the producer:
Sourced from an old 1.5 hectare vineyard called “Prunecchio” planted on a historic plot of land on the estate. Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Grape variety is Sauvignon, Trebbiano Toscana and Malvasia Bianca. Manually harvested, then fermented on natural yeasts in steel tanks.
