This wine is 100% Nerello Mascalese from Sicily. An exciting onion skin colored cuvee chalk full of citrus, wild strawberry and melon. This wine is delectable a year after vintage, and as its island home would suggest, it is perfect with a myriad of seafood dishes.

Details

Vinification
Fermentation: Contact with the skins in cryomaceration for 2 hours, then pressed very softly. Fermentation in cement tanks at 18° for 10 days.
Aging: Sur lies with batonnage in cement containers for 6 months.
