Most current creation is pineapple-forward with hints of fruity candy (lemon, watermelon, pear), rounded with stone fruit, soft spice, and subtle hop bitterness. Backbone of malted millet, rice, buckwheat and quinoa lend a full, soft mouthfeel allowing the El Dorado Hop Hash (Crosby Hop Farm @CrosbyHops) and big Bru-1 Hop (Yakima Valley Hops @YakimaHops ) characters to shine through this yellow, hazy, fruity goodness!
