From a Lead Importer: The cuvée "Les filles" is a superb wine of gastronomy, both rich and complex, with intense fruity, but remaining fresh and digestible. This parcel selection benefited from a certified and biodynamic organic crop. Winemaking is done with little added sulphur, no input or yeast. Its lemon yellow, clear and shiny dress reveals a beautiful bouquet of stone fruits, white flowers and fresh herbs. This wine, which deserves a few years of guarding (up to a dozen years) and a passage in a carafe gives off a great purity. Beautiful aperitif with a Tomme from Savoy.

It has been 30 years since Gilles Berlioz moved from a landscape to a winemaker. Self-taught, passionate and discreet craftsman, he bichonneds his terroirs of Chignin, he even goes so far as to plough on horse. Converted to organic from 2005, the 5-hectare estate has since been certified in biodynamics by Demeter since this year. The wines, vinified according to the "a terroir equal to a cuvée", are masterfully mature, pure, mineral, delicate. Here, therefore, not a large quantity but micro-cuvés which perfectly reflect their terroir. Passionate about life and its evolution, Gilles Berlioz constantly participates in research and training on the vine and its culture, always with the same aim of better respecting and taming this nature.
