This lovely methode ancestrale rosé is made entirely from Brun's organic, estate-grown Gamay, set (like most of Brun's vines) on limestone-clay terroir. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel, then filtered, bottled, and left to continue fermentation in bottle. Finishing at less than 8% alcohol, the wine has a hint of sweetness, tons of strawberry and cherry fruit, and delightful frothy bubbles. FRV100 is a play on the French pronunciation of the letters and number in the name: "eff-air-veh-cent".
