A Pandora of a wine, gifted all it could ask for from the land and sky, this 70% Roditis, 30% Malagousia gives you an glimpse into what you might have enjoyed at the first Olympics. The estate itself one of the first, if not the first winery in Greece to be powered by renewable energy, which truly makes it a "green winery." The wine itself is bright and vibrant with of green apple, pear, citrus, and bergamot. We recommend pairing this with a chicken or falafel gyro and a fresh Greek salad.

Dry white wine - Local Ilia
Varietal composition | 70% Roditis | 30% Malagouzia
Produced from the grapes of Roditis Fox (Kokkinara) from selected vineyards of Ilia, in combination with the variety Malagouzia from the vineyards of the estate. A classic white vinification was followed and the fermentation lasted 40 days, bringing out the characteristics of the varieties to the fullest.
White-yellow colour with aromas of green apple and bergamot. Rich mouthfeel and long lasting aftertaste.
Serve at 8-10 o C
