A blend of the three classic Champagne varietals, this predominantly Pinot Noir based wine shows a golden yellow hue, delicate bubbles and intense aromas of ripe fruit, toasty notes and hazelnut creates a perfect balance of freshness and intensity on the palate. Delight in a clean, direct and pure finish with just the right hint of bitterness. Lovely with supper of friend chicken or grilled oysters.
