From the Importer:
Variety: Chardonnay
Terroir: From the Domaine's own 'Les Chevrières' plot in Savigny and from additional fruit sourced from a vineyard overlooking St. Aubin.
Viticulture: Organic (not certified)
Vinification: Short maceration, ambient yeast fermentation in small stainless steel tank. Aged in 228 and 350 L barrels.
