This lovely Rosé is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, the rest of the blend is made up of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Mencia. Cabernet brings dry fruit characteristics while the white blend provides rich aromatics. Pair with a crisp Nicoise Salad or Chorizo.

• Single vineyard in Columbia Gorge AVA planted in 1983
• 300 ft. elevation
• Mazama ash and loess soils
• Destemmed and soaked 8 hours on skins before a light pressing
• Native yeast fermentation
• Full malolactic completed
• Nothing added except SO2, 40 ppm total
• Unfined and unfiltered
• 12.5% abv
