Paul Jaboulet Aîné 'La Chapelle' Hermitage, 2018

This wine is 100% Syrah from the Northern Rhone. A classic wine from a historic producer, 'La Chapelle' is full of blackberry, black cherry, plum, leather, and black pepper. A candidate for long cellaring, but if thoroughly decanted, a must have with leg of lamb, beef, or pork dishes.
