Vinous, full-bodied and pure Rosé, Les Terres Roses is crafted primarily with chardonnay and a small percentage of "Bouzy Rouge", a still red wine made from old vine pinot noir.

Les Terres Roses benefits from extended aging "sur lie": 3 years in our 19th century cellars at a constant 50°F/10°C temperature.

Grape variety: 68% chardonnay, 32% pinot noir (of which, 5% is Bouzy Rouge)
