This wine is a blend of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay from a single vineyard. American sparkling at its finest, look to this bottling for a great stand in for your favorite Champagne. Crisp, yet rich, with notes of apple, brioche, pear, saline, and lemon curd. Pair with celebrations, fried chicken sandwiches, and rich fish dishes.

Steep, hillside vineyard planted in the early 1980’s
Howard gravel over limestone soil (unique to the entire Finger Lakes region)
Hand harvested

Primary fermentation in stainless steel
Aged 60 months sur lies
