100% organic Pinot Noir, sourced from cool-climate, hillside vineyards on the Sonoma Coast. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in open-top fermenters, and aged for 18 months in a mix of new and used French oak. The wine is made of three separate clones, vinified separately and blended together at the end. Very serious Pinot, worthy of pairing with a grilled swordfish steak and braised lentils.

From the producer: Mirama cuvée (100% Pinot Noir) is a tribute to cool-climate, hillside Pinot Noir on the Sonoma Coast sourced from 43% Thorn Ridge, 22% Rice Spivak Vineyard, 23% Heintz Vineyard (Sonoma Coast AVA) all practicing organic vineyards. Native yeast fermentation in small temperature controlled, open top, stainless steel vessels. Aged for nearly 18 months in a mix of French oak, including 40% new. A mix of clones including Swan, 667, 777, 115. Every clone was fermented and aged separately with the final blend selection being made in February 2023. Bottled March 10, 2023. 13.8% abv
