100% Pinot Noir. A bright, silky, and finely textured, showing a fragrant mix of crushed strawberry, fresh raspberry, pomegranate, Bing cherry, orange peel, and floral notes, with subtle spice, sage, and fresh earth adding complexity. Medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and fine, ripe tannins, it finishes clean and gently persistent, balancing juicy red fruit with an understated savory character. Enjoy with roast duck, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, wild mushrooms, or grilled salmon, and would be especially appealing alongside duck with a tart berry gastrique.

From the producer: Mirama cuvée (100% Pinot Noir) is a tribute to cool-climate, hillside Pinot Noir on the Sonoma Coast sourced from 43% Thorn Ridge, 22% Rice Spivak Vineyard, 23% Heintz Vineyard (Sonoma Coast AVA) all practicing organic vineyards. Native yeast fermentation in small temperature controlled, open top, stainless steel vessels. Aged for nearly 18 months in a mix of French oak, including 40% new. A mix of clones including Swan, 667, 777, 115. Every clone was fermented and aged separately with the final blend selection being made in February 2023. Bottled March 10, 2023. 13.8% abv
