This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pair it with fried fish tacos topped with a red cabbage slaw. It is aromatically expressive with notes of lemon verbena, chamomile, and lime zest. The palate is very interesting, with vibrant natural acidity and a little texture gained from lees contact. This is an American Sauvignon Blanc you don't want to miss.
