This wine is made of 60% Gewürztraminer and 40% Riesling. We would pair this with pork lo mein. This orange sees 5 days of skin contact, and 10 months of aging in oak foudre. Unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfite addition. Pleasant and inviting aromatics are followed by a soft and balanced palate of tangerine, lemon, ginger, and a slight breadiness. Bisous Bisous is a friendly greeting in French that literally translates to "kisses!"
