An absolute treat of rosé made with Pinot Noir, and some of the only plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the Mosel. Dry, with razor sharp acidity, and plenty of refreshing fruit that'll make it the perfect summertime rosé, with flavors of ripe red berries, flint, and fuji apple. Pair it with only your closest friends, with your favorite lobster roll. (Even though we're from Connecticut, a Maine-style lobster roll is superior)

From our Importer: Our favorite rebel/activist in the Mosel, Ulli Stein is one of the world’s most soulful growers. This is one of the few rosés from the Mosel and has become a cult favorite. Shimmering, dry with rigorous acidity.
