It was created to be a highly drinkable wine, simple but pleasant, to accompany, in the spring and summer seasons, an aperitif or both raw and boiled fish dishes. We vinified the Vermentino (50%) in the traditional way by pressing the grapes and immediately removing the wine from the skins and fermenting it, again with indigenous yeasts, at a temperature of 15/18° in steel, while the Trebbiano and Malvasia (50%) we kept it macerating on the skins for 4 months in concrete vats, assembling the two wines at the end of fermentation.
