This wine 100% Cinsault from Central California. A stand out wine made from some of the oldest vines in the world, Bechtoldt Vineyard was planted in the late 20th Century! This complex bottling is loaded with plum, blackberry, white pepper, and red cherry. Pair with beef stew, comté cheese, and cured meats.

Head-trained, ungrafted, dry-farmed, and hand-harvested vines

Aged 7 months in used French oak
