This infused drink is made with meadowsweet, fireweed, and sweet vernal grass. The earthy base of this infusion is further accentuated by notes of black tea, dried fruit, and citrus. With ingredients sourced from Norwegian foragers, this bottle is deeply tied to the earth it comes from and the traditions surrounding it. It's an excellent pairing for a hearty steak dinner or fårikål.

From our distributor: ENG (Meadow) is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants Meadowsweet, Fireweed and Sweet Vernal Grass, collected by our network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway. Combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud biodynamic farm in Oslo.
