Certified Organic 100% Chardonnay. It is fresh and zippy but with fuller fruit notes like bruised yellow apple and white peach. Vix-Bara finds its home in Epernay, which is considered to be the city center of the greater Champagne region. We would have this with a fried chicken sandwich, and with a couple friends, preferably outside.
