Daniel writes: “Haus Weiss is kinda same style as the Liter Weissburgunder, we made it a blend and added some Silvaner this makes sense taste-wise as it adds some spiciness and minerality to the blend without overtaking the fruit. Both vines grow on loam, loess with partly limestone rich soil. Vinification is kept simple short maceration, wild yeast fermentation and aging on the lees till March. Basically, your daily low intervention Tischwein.”
