"Southern tradition meets Western innovation in this exclusive collaboration between Willett Family Estate and Wolves Whiskey.

To create this unique blend of straight rye whiskies, Willett hand-selected 10-year Kentucky rye barrels. Wolves chose rye barrels that were aged in Indiana for 7 years and an additional 3 years in Northern California to soften the rye spice yielding a richer profile with smooth caramel and vanilla notes. 

A true fusion of time and place, this rare, elusive offering highlights both Willett and Wolves’ commitment to exceptional quality, technique, and flavor while paying tribute to their respective homes of Kentucky and California.

The resulting spirit is layered with notes of caramel candy and fresh citrus peel for a bright, complex flavor profile."
