This blend is predominantly Syrah with small inclusions of Grenache and Viognier from the Southern Rhone Valley. A bold, yet balanced red wine, this perfectly aged bottling is loaded with notes of leather, tobacco, mocha, plum, blackberry, white flowers, and a touch of pepper. Pair with beef, grilled foods, and hard cheeses.
