67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir. 3.5 g/L. This vinous, special wine presents its own character and doesn't hide its provenance of craft. A protégé of Fabrice of Champagne Alexandre Filaine, this wine is truly remarkable. Delicious. A deep and refined well-defined single-vintage wine. Aromas of lemon oil, ripe pear, and white peach unfold alongside hints of toasted almond, acacia, and subtle chalk. The palate is focused and elegant, balancing creamy mid-palate texture with a linear mineral spine and a long, quietly powerful finish. This vintage cuvée pairs beautifully with seared scallops, lobster, roasted poultry with herbs, or creamy mushroom dishes.
